By accessing the website at www.hemetinsulation.com or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Hemet Insulation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site or services after any change constitutes acceptance.
Hemet Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Hemet, CA and surrounding Riverside County cities. Services include but are not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal.
All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion, including if site conditions are unsafe or outside the scope of the agreed work.
All estimates are provided in writing following an in-home assessment. A written estimate is not a final contract until both parties have signed a service agreement or work order. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
Final pricing may vary from the estimate if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed, if additional work is requested by the customer, or if unforeseen issues are discovered during the job. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated to the customer before proceeding, and written authorization will be obtained for any price increase above the original estimate.
Free estimates are provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed. Requesting an estimate does not create any contractual relationship between the customer andHemet Insulation.
Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee if materials were pre-ordered or crew time was reserved specifically for your job.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available appointment.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins; the deposit amount will be stated in the written estimate.
Accounts that remain unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late payment fee. Customers with disputes about an invoice must notify us in writing within 10 business days of receiving the invoice.
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, pest infestation, moisture intrusion from sources unrelated to the insulation work, or customer modifications after completion.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's terms. We will assist customers in understanding and pursuing applicable manufacturer warranties where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hemet Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Riverside County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
